Design Process:

Phase I: Consultation
During our consultation, DM Aesthetics Interiors & Decor will discuss your project scope, style preferences, and timeline goals. We will use the client questionnaire to guide our conversation and create a tailored plan for your residential property.

Phase II: Proposal & Contract
After our initial consultation, we will create a proposal that includes estimated hours, fees, timeframe, and policies. Proposals can be adjusted as needed. Once the proposal is approved, we will send a contract for review and signature. DM Aesthetics Interiors & Decor requires a retainer fee along with the signed contract, which will be applied to any outstanding invoices.

Phase III: Retainer Fee
Upon acceptance of the proposal and contract, a retainer fee will be required to commence the requested services from DM Aesthetics Interiors & Decor.

Phase IV: Onboarding Packet
Thank you for choosing DM Aesthetics Interiors & Decor! Our Onboarding Packet will provide you with important information such as expectations, timelines, and payment schedules. We are excited to be your personal Interior Designer.

Phase V: Site Walk Through
At DM Aesthetics Interiors & Decor, we understand the importance of gaining a clear vision of a project before we begin. That's why we offer an initial site walk through for both residential properties. During this stage, our team will visit the property in person to assess the space and gather all the necessary information. We will take the time to carefully examine every aspect of the space, ensuring that we have a comprehensive understanding of the project at hand. We will take as many pictures as needed, capturing the current state of the property, and even record videos to provide a complete visual representation. In addition to visual documentation, we will also take precise measurements of the space. This will allow us to accurately plan and design the layout, ensuring that every detail is taken into consideration.

Phase VI: Plan, Design & Vision
Throughout the planning, design, and vision process (the timeline of which depends on the size of the project), DM Aesthetics Interiors & Decor will diligently oversee every aspect of the project. Our commitment is to deliver a seamless experience, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of satisfaction. In addition to managing the project, we will also handle the procurement of furniture, ensuring that the pieces chosen complement the overall aesthetic and contribute to a cohesive design. We understand the importance of adhering to a precise schedule, and our team will meticulously plan and coordinate each stage of the project to avoid any delays or complications. No detail will be overlooked, as we are dedicated to providing a meticulous level of service. Throughout this phase, DM Aesthetics Interiors & Decor will always be readily available to address any outstanding issues or provide any necessary modifications in a timely manner.
